Check box to stay logged in:

If you check the "stay logged in" checkbox, you won't have to sign in each time you come back when on this computer. Instead, you will be automatically logged in and taken directly to the schedule. The "stay logged in" feature lasts approximately thirty days (or until you either click the "Log Out" button or clear your browser's cookies).

Additionally, simply refreshing your window will log you in if you are timed out of the system after a period of inactivity. This means, for example, that you can go to the "Control Panel," walk away from your computer for a few hours, and simply click "refresh" when returning to begin working with the control panel again.

If you use a shared or public computer (such as in a computer lab or library), you should not check the "stay logged in" checkbox.

The Writing Center at UNL is staffed by undergraduate and graduate students who think of themselves as writers and who are committed to teaching and talking well about writing with other writers. Many of our consultants are or have taken ENGL 480/880(Writing Center Consulting), a course in writing center theory and practice. All of our staff members participate in weekly staff development meetings, bi-annual writing center staff development retreats, and write regularly on our staff blog.
